Why the preparation matters
"Please make a walkthrough of the property" can be surprisingly difficult to interpret when we only have a collection of photos. A little preparation removes the guesswork and helps us create a film that represents the property accurately.
Photo quality matters
Please send the highest-quality / original photos available. PNG or JPEG is preferred. Please avoid screenshots or heavily compressed copies where possible — source quality directly affects the quality of the finished film.
Send your photos: WhatsApp them to the number you have already contacted us on, or use WeTransfer (or a similar transfer service) and email them to contact@suitemotions.com.
Getting your photos into the right order
There are three easy options. Choose whichever works best for you. Options 1 and 2 give us your preferred structure; Option 3 lets us take care of the creative decisions.

Please also give us a short description of exactly what you would like the finished walkthrough to show. If there are particular features you want included, make sure you have a clear, high-quality photo of each one and that it is correctly labelled.
Option 3 — a quick note
The "Leave it to us" option includes two creative variations based on the photos available on your website. Because we are making the creative decisions on your behalf, these variations are non-refundable.
Option one
Floor Plan
Show us the property as it really is. If you have a floor plan, simply number the rooms in the order you want the walkthrough to follow. It does not need to be a technical drawing. The more detail you can show — such as doors, stairs and the front door — the easier it is for us to understand how the spaces connect.
Example only — a numbered sketch like this, however rough, is all we need to understand the entrance, doors, stairs and how rooms connect.
Then match your photos to the room numbers
For example: 1 = Hallway, 2 = Kitchen. If you have three hallway photos, name them in sequence:

Option two
No Floor Plan
A folder of clearly labelled photos works too. If you do not have a floor plan, use the same numbering system directly on your photo filenames. You can think of it as a simple map built into the folder.

The naming rule
- 1-1-Hallway = Room 1, first photo of the hallway
- 1-2-Hallway = Room 1, second photo of the hallway
- 2-1-Kitchen = Room 2, first photo of the kitchen
Tell us what you want to see
Please give us a short description of exactly what you would like the finished walkthrough to show. For example, let us know about any features that must appear.
Features to include
e.g. pool, hot tub, sea view, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, master bedroom, or a particular view.
Important: please make sure you have a clear, high-quality photo of each feature you ask us to include — and label it correctly.
Option three
Leave It to Us
No floor plan. No labelling. No problem. If you would rather keep things simple, just send us the property website. We can use the photographs already there and create the walkthrough we believe works best.
What you get
Two creative variations. We will create two different walkthrough variations using the photos available on your website, with our own judgement on sequence, pacing and presentation.
A small but important note
Because this option is based on our creative judgement rather than a client-specified layout or brief, the two variations are non-refundable. By choosing this option, you are asking us to make the creative decisions for you.
If you want more control, choose Option 1 or Option 2. A numbered floor plan or clearly labelled photos give us much more information about the property and your preferred structure.
